I would like to say a big thank you for the design and installation of our new kitchen. We feel our decision to ask John Ladbury and Co to undertake the work was one of the best we have made. Over a period of three to four weeks Ian spent so much time with us, helping us to decide what we actually wanted and how it would look when it was completed. Ian's expertise in the products you sell and his knowledge he has in kitchen design and installation is second to none. With reference to the installation we feel we struck gold with Mark; he was excellent and did a magnificent job. One of his comments to me was, 'Steve all we want is for you and Mary to be happy with your new kitchen.' As a customer it was so refreshing and exactly what we wanted to hear. He would arrive on time every day; nothing was too much trouble and at the end of the day everything was left clean and tidy. We felt completely comfortable with him in our home and couldn't recommend him highly enough.
The whole team were so conscientious and worked hard to give us the kitchen we wanted, and when it was all finished it was nice that Stephen Ladbury took the time to come and have a look at the end result. Once again thank you very much, Mary and myself are so pleased with the end result.

Your brochure and website were the deciding factors in choosing your company- we looked at the pictures in the gallery and read about your 'no pressure' policy. This turned out to be true, and the fact that Amanda has the patience of a saint when it comes to choosing colours was an added bonus! Our new kitchen is everything we hoped for and more. We especially like the larder units, the spice racks, the Westin cooker hood, the splash back behind the cooker and the knowledge that the solid wood cupboards and drawers will last for the rest of our time in the house. Thank you also for delivering on time. we needed the kitchen finished in time for Boxing day lunch for the extended family, and the timetable which was promised was adhered to exactly.

Thank you and the whole team at John Ladbury for the excellent work you have done for us. We are so pleased with the beautiful bedroom wardrobes, the housekeepers' cupboards and deep drawer units, complete with linen press. The units and free standing kitchen dresser and bookshelf lined study are stunning and I virtually live in there now because it is so cosy. You have a great gift for interpreting the garbled wishes of someone who knows what they want but has some difficulty in describing it. All the pieces seem exactly right; easy on the eye and well proportioned without appearing heavy. All aspects of your operation ran like clockwork, finishing up with a first class installation. You must all take great satisfaction from your work and I can envisage everything you have built in our house lasting for generations to come. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone and would like to thank you all once again.

I have to let you know what a stunning investment our John Ladbury kitchen has been, After ten years of constant use (and misuse!) from our busy family our bespoke, hand painted kitchen has really shown it's value. The cabinets have recently been re-painted in a more contemporary colour and it feels like a brand new kitchen! I've fallen in love with it all over again!!

We are very happy with our brand new kitchen. The initial design was a great starting point and John Ladbury were patient with us when we were indecisive on several things. The installers were excellent as was the painter. We are so pleased with John Ladbury and will definitely use them for other projects.
We were replacing a kitchen installed by John Ladbury over twenty years ago and wanted to use them again as we were very happy with the first kitchen they installed. David was efficient and ensured work was kept to schedule, liaising often with our builder. The installation team were pleasant and polite and the work has been completed to a high standard and on time. John Ladbury provided an excellent service from start to finish! Cannot fault anything - the kitchen is beautiful and expertly made and fitted - it looks like it should be in a showroom not my house. The after sales service has been second to none, a few little teething problems but craftsmen were on site within days of pointing them out to fix them. Loving my new kitchen.
